After completing his B.tech, Harikesh worked in multiple freelancing jobs. He then joined Panah as a coordinator. Panah is a foundation that helps refugees and asylum seekers. In his role as coordinator, Harikesh helped to provide support and resources to refugees and asylum seekers. He also worked to raise awareness about the plight of refugees and asylum seekers.
In 2021, Harikesh was appointed as Trustee with Panah Foundation. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the foundation’s IT and other operations. He is also working to expand the foundation’s reach and impact.
